Gift cards are delivered by email and you'll be given a unique code to use at checkout. They can also be added to Apple Wallet. The balance can be used in one go or across multiple orders. Gift cards will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

UK: 2-3 Days - Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class - FREE
Next Day - Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class - £4.50
Europe: 3-5 Working Days - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £10
USA: 5-7 Working Days - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £15
Rest of World: 5-7 Working Days - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £20
Orders made before 2pm GMT will be despatched the same day, Monday to Friday.
You will be given a tracking number to keep an eye on your order.

Returns/Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to arrange a return or exchange thats no problem at all. Please email enquiries@fitzandfro.com to let us know and we will either exchange your item(s) or refund you for the full price and original postage.
