How do I return/exchange?

- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping labels.

- Attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at one of the 7,500 Collect+ locations.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Please return the unworn item(s) in the condition you received it, including the original packaging and tags attached.

Are there any charges for returns/exchanges?

For returns we will deduct a £4 postage fee from your refund.

Exchanges are free.

How soon will I get my refund?

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
